Our definition of an un-conference is an informal get together of people who want to comment on, solve or input in any way on a topic that interests them.

Usually the topic is about a major challenge, an issue that needs resolving. It’s about rolling up your sleeves and jumping straight into the task. It is also a stimulating experience because we use lots of creative techniques that prompt new trains of thought and perspectives.

It’s work but it doesn’t feel like it. Energy flows and you leave with a sense of achievement as ideas abound and new plans form.
